Warranty Policy

Every Product is covered by a one year warranty and instant replacement guarantee.

What’s Covered:

 Tears to the external leather structure, straps, grab handles or internal linin.  Hardware – zips, pullers, buckles or press studs.

What’s Not Covered:

General wear, overloading or accidental damage (including water damage). Natural ageing process of the leather or material, such as patination, scratches and burnishing.

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

Send us an email with your order number and photos detailing the fault. We’ll send you an instant replacement within 4 to 5 business day. Easy!

RETURNS POLICY

 If you’re not 100% happy with your product you can return it for Items must be unused and in their original packaging. You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your product. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:  Merchandise must be unworn, in original condition, tags intact, and in its original packaging.  Proof of purchase is required.  Sale merchandise is eligible for exchange or store credit up to 30 days from purchase, unless marked “FINAL SALE”.  Returns will be refunded to original form of payment. Cash returns over $200 will be refunded in the form of a corporate check and may take up to 14 days for processing
